TO YOUR WELLNESS.

Our main priority is to instill confidence and focus on each student, where ever they are  physically, mentally and spiritually. Qualified instructors are prepared to meet specific goals (i.e. reducing pain, restoring balance and/or finding a deeper connection to self).

OTAC Breathe is a part of the Old Town Athletic Campus a.k.a. “OTAC”.  OTAC Breathe (formerly known as Warrenton Yoga and Warrenton Pilates)  is a fully dedicated studio for those looking to attain the benefits of yoga and Pilates.  The studio encompasses 3 separate areas of focus. 

Firstly, the studio is dedicated to classic forms of yoga such as Hatha, Alignment, Yin and Mat Pilates. Secondly, it’s dedicated to the progressive styles of hot Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga. And finally, a fully equipped Pilates studio with reformers, cadillacs, barrels, and chairs.  With 35+ classes offered weekly, Breathe is an oasis of complete wellness.

OTAC Breathe has been my saving Grace, in more ways than one. I've needed the OTAC experience, just as much as the sun needs the sky!
