Formerly Warrenton Yoga, OTAC Breathe provides yoga and pilates studios that focuses on the whole person at any age and at any fitness level, inspiring a sense of community and long-lasting relationships.
Begin to Breathe.
Take a 6 second breath in through the nose and an eight second exhalation through the nose. Continue to lengthen your exhalation as you ask your nervous system to calm.
Soften your gaze and observe what you see in your peripheral vision. Notice the textures that touch your skin and hear the sound of your breath.
