OTAC Breathe is a part of the Old Town Athletic Campus a.k.a. “OTAC”. OTAC Breathe (formerly known as Warrenton Yoga and Warrenton Pilates) is a fully dedicated studio for those looking to attain the benefits of yoga and Pilates. The studio encompasses 3 separate areas of focus. Firstly, the studio is dedicated to classic forms of yoga such as Hatha, Alignment, Yin, Foundations and Mat Pilates. Secondly, it’s dedicated to the progressive styles of hot Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Pitaiyo (a fusion of tai chi, yoga and Pilates) and finally, a fully equipped Pilates studio with reformers, cadillacs, barrels, and chairs. With nearly 40 classes offered weekly, Breathe is an oasis of complete wellness.
